Privacy Policy

Juara Holding Group (“we,” “us”) collects only the contact and travel details you give us through WhatsApp, email, or this site’s forms, uses them solely to prepare quotes and coordinate transport arrangements with licensed partners, never sells your data, and lets you request access, correction, or deletion at any time via bd@juaraholding.com.

This policy covers lombokseaplanes.com, a Lombok and Gili route-planning resource published by Juara Holding Group. Juara Holding Group is an independent coordination desk, established 2015, that arranges services — boats, land transfers, and, where and when a licensed seaplane operator becomes commercially available on this corridor — with vetted licensed partners. We are not an airline, boat operator, or travel agency, and we hold no ownership stake in any transport asset mentioned on this site. As of 18 September 2026, no scheduled seaplane service operates between Lombok and the Gili Islands or Mandalika; where this site discusses seaplane access, it is describing publicly reported infrastructure plans, not a live service we sell.

What information do we collect?

We collect only what you choose to share with us. There is no account system, no payment gateway, and no automatic profiling on this site.

Data type When collected Purpose
Name, WhatsApp number, email You message us or submit an enquiry form Reply to your enquiry, prepare a route or transfer quote
Travel dates, group size, pickup location You provide it during coordination Match you with an available licensed operator or resort transfer
Passport name (rarely) Only if a partner operator requires it for a manifest Passed to that operator only, for that booking only
Device and browser data (IP address, pages viewed, referrer) Automatically, via standard server logs and analytics cookies Site performance, security, and understanding which pages are useful

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, passport numbers, bank details, or card numbers over WhatsApp or email. Any operator that requests payment will do so through its own secure channel, and we will tell you in advance who that operator is.

How do we use your data?

Your contact details are used to respond to your enquiry, build a written quote, and — only with your confirmation — pass your name, travel dates, and pickup details to the specific licensed operator, boat charter, or resort you have agreed to book with. We do not use your data for automated decision-making, credit scoring, or any purpose beyond arranging the transport or transfer you asked about.

Who do we share information with?

We share the minimum necessary information, and only after you confirm a specific arrangement:

  • Licensed transport or resort partners you have chosen to book through — name, dates, and pickup point only.
  • Payment processors used by the partner operator, not by us, when a booking proceeds — we do not see or store your card details.
  • Analytics providers (aggregated, non-identifying site-usage data) to keep this page working correctly.
  • Indonesian authorities, only where the law requires disclosure (for example, a tax or immigration inquiry).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to marketers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties, and we do not share your data with any operator named on sibling Juara Holding Group sites unless you specifically asked to be connected with that operator.

How do we use cookies?

This site uses essential cookies to keep pages functioning and a small number of analytics cookies to see which routes and pages visitors read, so we can keep the content accurate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so will not prevent you from reading this site, though a WhatsApp click-to-chat button may need to reload.

What are your rights?

Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022), in effect since 17 October 2024, applies to every visitor’s data processed through this site, regardless of nationality. If you are contacting us from the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, we additionally honour GDPR-style rights on request.

Correct inaccurate data Yes Yes
Request deletion Yes, subject to legal retention duties Yes (“right to be forgotten”), same limits
Withdraw consent Yes, at any time Yes, at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. We will confirm receipt within 5 working days and resolve most requests within 30 days.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep enquiry and booking-coordination records for as long as needed to complete the arrangement and answer any follow-up questions, and then for up to 24 months for service-quality and dispute-resolution purposes, unless Indonesian tax or accounting law requires a longer retention period for invoice-related records. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any point after a booking is complete, and we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.

How do we secure your information?

WhatsApp and email messages you send us are protected by those platforms’ own encryption in transit. Internally, access to enquiry and booking records is limited to the coordination staff who need it to serve you, and we do not store card or bank details on this site because we do not process payments here. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against every possible intrusion, but we do not knowingly leave contact data in unsecured files or public folders.

Does this site collect data from children?

This site and the services it coordinates are intended for adults arranging their own or their family’s travel. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 16. If a parent or guardian believes a child has contacted us directly, please email bd@juaraholding.com and we will delete that data.

Booking and liability terms, in plain language

Because Juara Holding Group is a coordination desk and not the operator of any boat, seaplane, or vehicle, the licensed partner you are ultimately booked with is responsible for the safety, licensing, insurance, and conduct of that specific service, under Indonesian transport regulation. We aim to match you only with vetted, licensed partners and to be upfront about what is confirmed availability versus a projected future service (such as the NTB provincial government’s reported seaplane waterbase discussions), but weather, sea conditions, and regulatory approvals in eastern Indonesia can change schedules on short notice, and neither we nor any operator can guarantee departure times in advance.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our data practices or Indonesian regulation evolve. The effective date below reflects the most recent revision; material changes affecting how we use previously collected data will be communicated to you directly where we have your contact details on file.

Effective date: 18 September 2026.
