These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of lombokseaplanes.com and any inquiry, quote request, or booking coordination you make through it. By browsing the Site or submitting a request through WhatsApp (+62 811-3941-4563) or email (bd@juaraholding.com), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What This Site Is
lombokseaplanes.com is an information and coordination service. It publishes research-based guidance on seaplane access developments, water-landing sites, and transport options for the Lombok-Gili corridor (Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, Gili Meno, and the Mandalika area), and it helps visitors compare seaplane developments against existing boat transfers.
We are not an airline, aircraft operator, water aerodrome operator, or vessel operator. Juara Holding Group is an independent broker and coordination desk, established in 2015, that connects travelers with licensed third-party operators for seaplane, boat, and ground transport arrangements. JHG does not own, crew, or control any aircraft, vessel, or aerodrome referenced on this Site.
Where a service described on the Site is not yet operating on a fixed, publicly bookable schedule — including any Lombok-Gili seaplane route — the Site says so plainly. As of this update, no scheduled, publicly advertised seaplane network serves the Lombok-Gili corridor; the Site references the 28 February 2026 memorandum of understanding between the Nusa Tenggara Barat provincial government and PT Aman Air for a waterbase at Bendungan Batujai as a development in progress, not a live service. Any figures, dates, or route claims about future capacity are projections and are labeled as such.
Our Role as an Independent Broker
When you submit an inquiry through this Site, JHG acts solely as your coordination point with licensed third-party operators (aviation, marine, or ground transport, as applicable). JHG:
- Is not a party to the contract of carriage between you and the operator.
- Does not set, control, or guarantee flight schedules, water-landing permits, aircraft availability, or weather clearance.
- Passes your request to a vetted operator and relays quotes, confirmations, and changes on their behalf.
- Is not a licensed financial, legal, tax, or aviation-safety adviser, and nothing on this Site should be read as such advice.
Every operator engaged through JHG carries its own operating certificate, insurance, and terms of carriage. Those operator-specific terms govern the actual transport service and take precedence over this Site’s general descriptions wherever the two differ.
Quotes and Availability
Any price, schedule estimate, or route description shown on the Site or sent to you by WhatsApp or email is dated at the time it is issued and is subject to change without notice. Quotes are always subject to:

| Aircraft or vessel availability | Confirmed capacity is never guaranteed until the operator issues a final booking confirmation |
| Conservation-area restrictions | Some water-landing zones, including areas around Gili Trawangan, are conservation areas where landing rights have not been issued as of this update |
A quote is not a confirmed booking. Only a written confirmation issued directly by the operator, or relayed by JHG on the operator’s behalf, constitutes a booking.
Payment, Cancellation, and Weather Refunds
Payment terms, deposit requirements, cancellation windows, and weather-related refund policies are set by the individual operator handling your transport, not by JHG. Before you pay any deposit, we will share the relevant operator’s payment and cancellation terms in writing. If a trip is cancelled by the operator due to weather, permit denial, or mechanical grounding, refund or rebooking is processed under that operator’s stated policy; JHG will assist in relaying the claim but does not independently guarantee a refund outcome.
You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the operator’s terms before travel. If you have questions about a specific operator’s cancellation or refund terms, contact us before booking.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indonesian law, JHG is not liable for delay, cancellation, injury, loss, or damage arising from the acts, omissions, or service failures of any third-party operator, including seaplane operators, boat operators, or ground transport providers arranged through the Site. JHG’s role is limited to information provision and coordination; carriage liability rests with the licensed operator performing the service and its own insurance and operating certificate.
The Site is provided “as is.” We take reasonable care to keep published information current and dated, but we do not warrant that every figure, schedule, or regulatory status remains accurate after the publication date shown on each page.
Data Protection
We process personal data you submit (name, contact details, travel dates) solely to respond to your inquiry and coordinate with operators. This processing is carried out in accordance with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022). If you are contacting us from the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, we handle your data with GDPR-aware practices: we collect only what is needed to fulfil your request, do not sell personal data, and will delete or restrict data we hold on request where applicable law allows. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from use of this Site or from services coordinated through it that cannot be resolved directly with the relevant operator will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your home jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as regulations, operator relationships, or the Lombok-Gili seaplane landscape evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
